Payment policy

Accepted payment methods

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes where shown.

When you are charged

Your payment is processed when you place your order. Orders are prepared for shipping once payment is confirmed.

Taxes

GST, HST or PST is calculated at checkout based on the delivery province.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order before it ships by emailing info@purehealthsciences.com with your order number. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled.

Refunds and replacements

Because research compounds must be kept under controlled conditions, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products. If an order arrives damaged, incorrect or does not arrive, contact us within 7 days and we will replace it or issue a refund to the original payment method.
