Terms and conditions

1. Research use only

All products sold by Pure Health Sciences are intended solely for in vitro laboratory research by qualified professionals. They are not for human or veterinary use, are not drugs, natural health products, foods or cosmetics, and have not been evaluated by Health Canada.

2. Eligibility

By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age, that you are a qualified researcher or are purchasing on behalf of a laboratory or institution, and that products will be used only for lawful laboratory research. We may ask for verification and may cancel any order at our discretion.

3. Orders and pricing

Prices are in Canadian dollars and may change without notice. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of a pricing error or suspected misuse.

4. Shipping

We ship within Canada with tracking. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Risk passes to you on delivery.

5. Handling and liability

You are responsible for safe handling, storage and disposal of products in line with laboratory practice and applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, Pure Health Sciences is not liable for any misuse of products or for indirect or consequential losses.

6. Bulk savings and referral program

Bulk savings of 10% (subtotal $250+), 15% ($500+) or 20% ($1,000+) are applied automatically at checkout to the product subtotal before tax and shipping. Referral welcome discounts and referrer rewards are subject to the terms on our Refer a Friend page. Discounts may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
